The high-capacity TS-h1887XU-RP 18-Bay NAS Enclosure from QNAP is powered by a next-gen 3.4 GHz Intel Xeon E-2334 4-Core processor, 16GB of DDR4 ECC memory (supports up to 128GB), and provides an HDD/SSD hybrid storage architecture that balances performance and cost to deliver reliable server-grade performance. Running the ZFS-based QuTS hero operating system, the TS-h1887XU-RP emphasizes data integrity with inline data deduplication, near-limitless snapshots, real-time SnapSync, and QSAL (QNAP SSD Antiwear Leveling), providing an ideal storage solution that meets today's business requirements for file servers, virtualization servers, VDI, and backup/restore.

This unit has 18 SATA III 6 Gb/s drive bays, 12 of which natively support 3.5" hard drives, as well as 2.5" hard drives and SSDs, while the other six support 2.5" hard drives and SSDs. Should users need to expand the overall capacity of their TS-h1887XU-RP, two optional expansion units may be connected. When using six 25GbE ports, the TS-h1887XU-RP can deliver sequential reads of up to 9755 MB/s and sequential writes of up to 8874 MB/s.

Also featured are four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, which allow it to be connected to external peripherals. Network connectivity is achieved via the two 10 Gigabit Ethernet or two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports with port trunking failover support, which helps to provide redundancy in the case that a LAN connection malfunction occurs on one port. If you're looking to expand this NAS, there are two PCIe Gen 4.0 slots that supports 10/25GbE network cards, QM2 cards for SSD caching, SATA storage expansion cards, and graphics cards.

The TS-h1887XU-RP runs on the QuTS hero 5.0.0 operating system, which combines the app-based QTS with the 128-bit ZFS file system to provide flexible storage management, comprehensive data protection, and optimized performance. Supported RAID modes include RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, Triple Mirror, and Triple Parity. For those who do not require a RAID, JBOD is also available, allowing each drive bay to be individually utilized.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
